No, impossible, your PC does not automatically record keystrokes which can then be accessed by a court order. have you had your meds tonite because you are posting complete fabricated bullsh1t again.

I have watched a woman get the data from a computer I was using. It logged whichever keystrokes I made. Backspaces, shift keys, full stops, spaces. They had their own symbols to represent the keystrokes. The letters were written as shown on screen. I seem to know more about how computers work than you, and I hesitate to claim to be intermediate user level.
Bullsh1t.

You cannot disprove my claim. Police were making a sting operation against someone and I got roped into the trap. They alleged that I typed something illegal to the point that the police came and asked me a few questions. I denied their allegations. They asked to have a look at what I wrote. I consented. A computer technician employed with the police force hooked up her laptop to my computer. Downloaded the necessary files from my computer. Did the keylogging of the website concerned. Found that my computer had been hacked. And whatever I did write was of no legal concern to the police.

That was 24 years ago. The computer I used is long since gone. And since the year 2006, police have maintained monitoring of my computing and phone records, just in case that I have some kind of legal issue that needs investigating. I doubt that they do the monitoring anymore, since it has been about 6 years since my last interaction with mental health.

I could probably surmise that YOU would get monitored for as long as investigators deem necessary if you have typed in some controversial keywords into your computer. But, no action would be taken unless a police investigation deems it so.

No, they dont. Completely  false. Most cops are walking in blind, you need to stop getting your information from TV. the database does not work that way, there are no "flags".

I get my information from getting warnings by police that I had been flagged. And I also get information listening to police radio broadcasts online that they do let officers know that someone has some history of mental illness/violence/criminal record, etc. I may not know a great deal about police procedural. But I know enough that I am not wrong about this.

From the horses mouth as an ex copper  you are 100 percent wrong you dolt.

I doubt that you are an ex copper. And if you were with the police, even for a short time, you would know that the public can listen in to police broadcasts. And surely you would know dispatch can have on file the details of people police are investigating. Inclusive are mental illness, outstanding warrants, a propensity to commit violence, etc.

computers don't log keystrokes, unless someone has already installed a keystroke logger onto your system. What you hear on the radio is history already recorded in the polices own records, which they might have due to previous interactions with you .... not because they have access to medical records. Police cannot access your medical records without a judges say so and a judge will not say so without good reason.

at work perhaps? I've heard of employers in the past installing key loggers onto their systems so as to make sure their employees aren't using pc's for private use. I'm not sure if that's legal anymore

You have a record of what you type on your computer. Every word, sentence, backspace, etc. Everything you have clicked on. The only exception is when your computer is remotely accessed. In either case, you should be able to have a record shown on what you type and where you navigated on the internet. Even deleting browser history and whatever you think clears your movements would still leave an archive of information on record on your computer.

And police do have a record of your criminal and traffic history. They have notes of previous interactions. And if you have a history of mental health (as I do), the police can have a note on their system to say that this is the case. Job numbers can be accessed regarding this.

NO, you do not. You only have a record of what websites you've been on, and what you have downloaded, and possibly what programs you've accessed.

The only time your computer records all your keystrokes is if someone has previously installed a key logger

Exactly what I said, theres no "flags", there are individual state databases  with previous arrests and  outstanding warrants which any police office may only use if authorised, interstate information needs to be requested.

Quote:

If i wasnt a copper I sure got away with wearing a blue uniform in public with police badges on it for many years.  Cheesy Listen directly to scanners , no you cant, Ive told you this before, you are being extra dumb today. Police radios are digital and have been for some time so scanners dont work. I am aware there is some internet site claiming to broadcast selected police  frequencies, however its not live.  I can tell you the tow truck drivers suffered a lot, ask a towie about it next time you see him.
And you doubt any authentic information you are given, thats why you are pretty thick, because you wont learn, you pick a predetermined position of ignorance and stick to it. Ive corrected you on these things a few times now and here you are, spouting the same old bullsh1t. you must be the thickest poster on Ozpol.

If you have any doubts about my story, listen to one of these feeds. And whilst I agree that these feeds are not live, they are actually genuine radio broadcasts. I doubt 4 police cars drove at high speeds, lights and sirens on a code 2 call pass my place to investigate some issue down the road, if there was not some corresponding radio broadcast that followed their progress.

In fact, the only way I could imagine rhino was an ex-police officer would be if he was lying about how the police operate, for the sake of deflecting the operational procedures that police work.

JS is right, Key loggers have to be installed AND then the contents downloaded via malware/spyware.
