Anonymity gives latitude to what you can say to other anonymous posters... But it does mean you need to be resilient enough to cop the flack your anonymous identity may get in return, particularly from those anonymous posters who are managed by real-life people with severe psychiatric disorders.

If no crime has been committed why would anyone take it seriously ?

I do not know what the circumstances are in relation to this topic. However, you can be held accountable for what you write on a forum, even if you are not serious about what you are saying. There is only so much that a moderator can tolerate. If it gets to the point where threats of violence is being made against a poster, the moderator should step in and make sure that the offender is warned, muted and/or banned from the forum.

Forum rules are not law.

The complainant needs to demonstrate that they are in danger, which would be hard to prove unless the posters are known to each other in real life and have access to one another.

Or they would need to demonstrate reputational / economic damage, which is not possible when you're anonymous.

Also, you cannot use the same tone you claim you're threatened by and also admit that you amplify the issue by 'throwing rocks' or 'boulders' where 'stones' are thrown.
