I'm so glad you brought that up... the moment 'guilt by accusation' becomes 'law' in this country is the time Civil War should break out.... no matter how much the sheilas think they need or want it..... the moment it comes in, ANYONE can be tried, convicted and condemned at any time on the basis of any complaint or accusation...

Perilously close with the purported 'domestic violence' laws already - and countless accusees have been brutally treated already, often for no reason ...

That Is Why We HAVE (rather HAD in theory) A Rule Of Law, something more abused in the betrayal than in the keeping in our 'courts'.
