Weird happenings at the Sewer

Unless my eyes deceived me.....and I doubt it....I saw a Petition at the sewer, which has now disappeared from sight.

What is going on Bubby. Petitions have eternal life until due conclusion. Have a read....from Freediver's Constitution:
