Was she used to being left alone for long periods of time? Or babysat by so many people, she had no fear of strangers or being separated from her mother?

He's been charged with "Child Stealing", that's obvious, but it doesn't sound much worse than shop lifting. The court case will a "Black Lives Matter" court case I reckon

His defense will be a "Fascination with dolls of white complexion" ... but not perverted fascination. There's a photo of him holding two dolls and they are look-a-likes of Cleo, blonde, pretty child face, dressed similarly

Cleo, to him, is a living doll of the type of dolls he possessed.

The maximum sentence is 5yrs, or 7yrs depending which web site you read, but he'll probably get some sort of easy custodial psych management order for a few years IMO

That will be the big question mark ... Cleo is yet to be questioned about it I think, it will take great skill and care
