Because the creep was indigenous makes no difference as any race should be treated equally and with due justice in the courts.

Using the creep as an excuse to white wash inequality done to black fellas isn't fair justice and accountability.

Its better to take Aboriginal kids out from their homes and have the abused by institutions.

There are systemic issues in indigenous remote communities born out of poverty from a lack of opportunity that leads to alcohol abuse and depravity that arises from that.

People still caught in the past and the confidence is still not there to deal with a changing world.

Problem's that are not solved by shouting at them its all your own fault...disregarding the oppression they have suffered in the past.

Injustices is a hallmark of the human race,... human kind can be horrendously cruel to one another, and one of the better nobler traits in human nature is to recognise injustice and to hold it to account and address a wrong.

Without long detail as its a known, Aboriginals have been greatly disadvantaged.

It is also recognised in recent decades through Aboriginal activism for equality and then on to politicians such as Gough Whitlam in a symbolic gesture poring earth into Vincent Lingiari’s hand, in an act of native title over land and onto Kevin Rudd's "sorry" speech for the thousands of indigenous children taken from their homes in forced assimilation government policies.

The pathway for equality has been set.

People have said... well white kids were taken from families, homes and single mothers then institutionalised or placed into adoption so what's the difference..?... a white kid growing up in a white mans world did not suffer the same level of prejudice as a black kid growing up in a white mans world is the short answer...or simply one cannot compare apples with oranges and call it the same.

There still needs more work in addressing the inequality with indigenous people and it is being done albeit slowly.

And back to the creep... where because of his kidnapping  actions there are those that denounce all indigenous folk as bad people and therefore they should have no right to accountability and justice.

Which I say is wrong there should be still be accountability for past wrongs..
