I worked for a living, supported and brought up a family.
Three families in fact, that are all successful and happy.
Have retired on my own money, from working and saving.
Own everything I have, and have everything I need.
I give back to the community and have passed that trait onto my family who also do the same.
I have lived an honest, hard working and contributing life.
Now, through success and saving, I have retired comfortably as a self funded retiree.
I have nothing to fear from any knock on the door.
I owe no one, have never done anything to be in fear of the police or grubberment.
And have contributed to society for the last 47 years through excessive taxes.
Now, just to explain.
Work....thats when you go out and add value to someone who sees you as a competent and worthwhile employee.
No, Im sorry, collecting the dole isnt work.
Family... Thats when you have met a person of the opposite sex with whom you have children who you love and nurture to become healthy and happy adults.
No, made up families dont count, they have to be real.
OWN... that means I have purchased it through work (see above).
Give back to the community....That means I volunteer, not expecting any payment, doing things to help people who need help.
No, Im sorry, working for the dole isnt giving back to the community, its simply an attempt to get you off your arse to get a job.
Saving... This means that I have gone without to put money away for the future so I could retire and enjoy life on my terms.
No, Im sorry, the dole isnt saving and begging for more each week because you have wasted it on grog and fags is not prepareing for the future.
Success....Thats when you achieve what you want to achieve in life, are acknowledged by your peers and have what you need.
Success means different things to different people, but to those not greedy, success is simply having what you need and enjoying it.
No, Im sorry, managing to get a phone contract without a job is not success, especially when you cannot pay the monthly installments without getting the money from mommy and daddy.
Self funded retiree...This is a difficult one for you. This is when you have been frugal with your money, saved and put aside enough to retire WITHOUT the grubberment having to support you. Even better, to retire early so as to enjoy the latter years of your life.
No, Im sorry, the dole transitioning to the pension isnt self funding, its being a parasite.
Perhaps this all is a difficult series of concepts for you to understand.
But try thinking your way through it for a while.
Perhaps in a week or two, you may understand.
Perhaps one day, you too may be 1/2 the man I am, but I seriously doubt it.
