See it while you can. Australia does have some visibility.

Why the partial lunar eclipse of November 19, 2021 is the longest in 600 years

Interesting

When the Earth is farthest from the Sun and the Moon is farthest from the Earth, the longest-duration lunar eclipses can occur. The longest-duration partial eclipses also require that the alignment be imperfect, and that 100% of the Moon never pass through the Earth’s umbral shadow all at once.

I miss it where I am, bummer.

Please don't thank me. Effusive fawning and obeisance of disciples, mendicants, and foot-kissers embarrass me.

Bugger... not long enough for us to see it in Perth though. Just checked with the Stellarium astronomy program I have on the PC.

It'll all be over by the time the Moon rises here on that evening.

We will all be long, long dead and forgotten the next go-round. Sobering thought.
