Since this was posted here, i will reply here.

I have done 2 terms as EL, I think and multiple as a mod over the years.

I want PA to continue and to be more like it used to be, fun to be there. It is not that today.

Shyte fights and disagreements was the norm. It was never to be a nanny forum. If members cannot handle it, they have choices. The admin job was not so difficult, it just needed to be consistent, treat all the same and be very tolerant letting every have their say not matter what it is. I only had issues with constant Admin/Mod bashing.

I think the forums recovery just needs for it to be opened up to all. The admin and mod do very little, let it find it's own way.

As t me putting up my hand I feel I would if no-one suitable puts up their hand. Be warned. If i am EL, I will open it up. Do little to no moderation of posts unless they break expected decencies. Mod/Admin bashing will nto be tolerated.

Sparta is open to all. The past is the past... don;t give a shyte of anything before.

i would appoint Mods from different camps.

Bannings will be posted with reason and duration in public. No permanent bans except extra -ordinary bad behaviour.

Socks are allowed however i will make the judge if something is a sock tht will be denied a vote. I may need to consult FD for the ruling per sock.

Bobby, if you don't wan the role or cannot handle it or it is not taking PA where you thought it would go, declare you will resign and manage the next election.

Also, given we're all anonymous (except those who insist on posting personal / biographical information about themselves), it's somewhat a moot point if one posters has multiple IDs. BTW, it's actually a difficult exercise to maintain disparate voices when writing posts under multiple pseudonyms.

• I'd like to also take this opportunity to thank Aussie for allowing me to talk to him off this forum at a time where I was very upset. Aussie was very kind to me and did nothing but help me out for which I am truly thankful.
