You are either back in or not.

These sorts of rule are too complex and do not achieve the outcome you want plus it just pisses people off.

You f.. up in a big way, you get a suspension.... when you serve your time you are back. Do it again then you get more time away. Pretty simple.

Having a 2 tiered membership is no going to work. You are in or you are out.

they become a full member.

Give up that silly notion of controlling Members postings with conditions and implied ban threats.

Super Nova.......if I am back there as a full Member and all others are allowed back, new Members allowed without second class citizenship, I will run for EL against any other candidates.
