No evidence to support claim mRNA vaccines cause clots

THE STATEMENT

A video posted on Facebook claims that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines inevitably cause blood clots.

The July 15 post says “blood clots are a silent killer” and includes a video of Canadian doctor Charles Hoffe, who claims mRNA vaccines cause blood vessels to be lined with COVID-19 spike proteins resulting in blood clots in the majority of vaccine recipients.

THE ANALYSIS

It’s true some COVID-19 vaccines have been linked to a small increase in the risk of a rare blood clotting disorder, however there is no evidence that mRNA vaccines increase the risk – let alone lead to “inevitable” clots, as claimed by Dr Hoffe in the video.

That is correct.

There is no evidence to support the claim that mRNA vaccines cause clots......

Everyone who is a 'the vaccines cause blood clots' skeptic, should set aside the time,
and watch these videos....

This 1st one is just 9 min. long.

Mechanism of Vaccine Injury - Dr Charles Hoffe

Quote:

The mechanism of vaccine injury appears to be the result of spike proteins being produced by the cells of the lumen of capillaries and micro-capillaries. What happens is that the lipid encapsulated mRNA that is contained in the vaccine are absorbed by the vascular endothelium of the capillaries and micro-capillaries. The platelets in the blood interpret the rough surface created by the spike proteins on the lumen of the capillaries as a damaged vessel, triggering clotting in the area.

A D-Dimer test is able to show if the clotting mechanism has been activated, and clinical data is showing D-Dimer to be elevated in 62% of the vaccinated population tested.

In Australia, there have now been more than 2,000 cases of myocarditis and pericarditis reported to the Therapeutic Goods Administration, the youngest only 12 years old. The TGA states that most of the injured experienced symptoms within three days of vaccination and around half of the patients were admitted to hospital, with eight being treated in intensive care.

Yet there has been virtually no coverage in the mainstream media. US website thecovidblog.com reported on Cienna Knowles, a 19-year-old Australian horse trainer who only got vaccinated with the Pfizer mRNA injection ‘to keep her job’ and will be unable to work for the foreseeable future because she has developed so many blood clots; Valerie Milford, a 20-year-old Australian developed pericarditis three days after her first Pfizer mRNA injection and has been virtually paralysed since, and Casey Hodgkinson, a 23-year-old New Zealander has suffered uncontrollable convulsions and is unable to walk and at times to talk after her first Pfizer mRNA injection.

The federal government has quietly funded a Covid-19 vaccine claims scheme for payments of $5,000 to $20,000 for ‘people who suffer a moderate to significant impact following an adverse reaction to a TGA-approved Covid-19 vaccine’. Minister for Health Greg Hunt said on 28 August that the scheme would be backdated to February and provide Australians with ‘an alternative option to seek compensation, rather than a complex and costly court process’.

On Monday, France’s public health officials recommended that adults under 30 not receive the Moderna injection because they are five times more likely to develop heart inflammation than with Pfizer. Denmark, Iceland, Finland and Sweden have also restricted it to older people. It is still being given to children in Australia.

It is just EXTRORDINARY the lengths the anti-vaxx conspiracy theory lobby will go to in finding ANYONE with ANY type of medical qualification to agree with their LUDICROUS views

THIS time it's an
elderly GP from "A Country Practice"
serving a remote Innuit settlement of 200 odd folk, in British Columbia

He was
WARNED
- and he was
WARNED
-
by the
First Nations Health Authority
, to cease and desist publishing misleading, false - and dangerous views - on vaccines, social distancing, facemasks and lockdowns

All of which is seriously hampering the pandemic battle

He works closely with a number of conspiracy groups, who have tried to promote him as an expert in medical   areas he clearly has no qualifications

His suspension is a blessing for this isolated First Nations Community

There have been 39 million doses administered. So the 2,000 cases represents 0.005% so it is negligable (and far safer than catching covid). Why are you antivaxxers so incapable of understanding basic maths?

More anecdotes.
Anecdotes are meaningless. You can find an anecdote to support absolutely anything.
Whats more important is that vaccines are VASTLY safer than taking your chances with covid

No one has ever said that vaccines are 100% safe, and with the entire world being vaccinated at once there are going to be some bad reactions. That is unavoidable.
However, the vaccine is VASTLY safer than taking your chances with covid.
Seriously, how stupid are you Right wing nutters

You can hardly call it traditional when it hasn't been thru the normal 4-5 years of trials and testing.
