The abolition of Stirling in Western Australia leaves the Morrison government defending 76 seats at the next election, the minimum number needed for majority government. Labor holds a notional 69 seats, so needs a net gain of four seats from the Coalition to hold more seats in the House, and a net seven seats for a bare majority government. Between the Coalition losing one seat and Labor gaining seven lies minority government.
Anthony Green, ABC

The Morrison government's problem is that it is almost indistinguishable from the left-of centre Labor Party. It is like a Labor government that doesn't depend on Greens support.
It is more principled and clearly better in only a single area, defence/China. 'Climate-wise' it is not as beholden to the purple-haired and perennially triggered doctors' wives and their children as Labor and the Pinkos (nee Greens) are.  Economy and immigration-wise, culturally, socially, educationally it is like a Labor government.

If Morrison can convince the electorate in half a dozen Eastern state swing seats that an Albanese/Brandt government would be like having Anastasia Andrews Brand government in Canberra then he may well survive and even increase hiss paper thin majority.

The 'lies and corruption talk' peddled here endlessly is just ACTU-Labor/Green central office cadre talking points, repeated ad nauseum.

We're eagerly waiting in WA for a federal election and a liberal party bloodbath

How unsurprising that you are another bwian/gweggy/Pill/Carl/Duck/Dick/Smiff, etc right-on chorus boy from Perth!!!

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

You two (??) must be so busy with trying to be 'the voice of WA'!!!

The Liberals depend on the Nationals for support. Did you forget this?

Indeed. And it's getting worse for the Coalition.

...
ALP (55.5%) increases lead over the L-NP (44.5%) to the largest since the last election (25/11/2021)
