masquerading as a national news service [in order to maintain its right, of being funded from the public purse].

i.e.
Simply ignore and discard, others 'disagreeable' arguments [arguments which could otherwise 'disrupt', or 'insult', your own narrative].

In these times of political polarisation, the ABC's editorial policy needs to be overhauled, if it is to genuinely reflect all Australian points of view.

They should report facts and statements. All inuendo and opinion, which is often under the heading of Analysis, should be vetted out. Americanisation in the form of personality politics should also be vetted. The PM is not a president under a different name. But Leftists at the ABC use this technique to focus their attacks.

As I have said before, if you cannot spot the way an ABC journalist votes in their first two paragraphs, you do not deserve to vote. It is as blatantly biased as anything the Qld Nationals have to say.

Most the the ABC criticism comes from the right wing belief that if you are not with us you are against us, they see a significant right wing bias as the middle ground.
