wombat, what you have to realise is that

very anxious people love the vaccine because it reduces their anxiety

having HAD the vaccine, their little brains would go into meltdown if they actually thought it may be harmful.

so to preserve their mental equilibrium, they will not be willing to read, much less accept any negative story about the vaccine.

thats just how the unthinking masses are.

i had 2 vaccines and advised my son to get 2 as well

i would now advice him, as a healthy young man NOT to have any boosters.

the risk from the booster seems worse then the risk from omicron.

i am happy to reconsdier my opinions when presented with new evidence

the very sensible scandinavains are not vaccinating kids

america is moving towards vaccines for covid for infants

this is unscientific and reprehensible

all done to pander to the bed wetting , older unhealthy individuals , just so they can feel the safety of the herd.

quite evil in my estimation

Dr. Peter McCullough, a top cardiologist in his field, has warned that myocarditis due to the vaccine is “way more serious” than myocarditis contracted from the virus itself. Myocarditis, or heart muscle inflammation, is a side effect of both COVID and the mRNA vaccine. The difference is that the ailment produced by the natural infection tends to elevate troponin levels, according to Dr. McCullough, which is a protein found in cardiac and skeletal muscle. “[T]he myocarditis in COVID-19 is mild, it’s inconsequential, and it’s largely a component of election [of troponin].”

In contrast, contracting the ailment through the vaccine may cause lipid nanoparticles to go directly to the heart, the doctor stated. “The heart expresses the spike protein, the body attacks the heart. There are dramatic EKG changes. I don’t want anybody to think that the myocarditis of a natural infection is anything like what we’re seeing with the vaccines,” the top cardiologist warned.

Dr. McCullough said the heart injury due to the vaccine is around 10-100 times higher than the troponin seen in natural infection. Worsening matters, the doctor states that when kids develop myocarditis after the vaccine, 90% require immediate hospitalization to prevent heart failure. “Vaccine-induced myocarditis is a big deal, and in children, it’s way more serious and more prominent than a post-COVID myocarditis,” he concluded.

Group of physicians combats misinformation as unproven COVID-19 treatments continue to be prescribed

'We see it in real life'

ABC News interviewed Dr. Peter McCullough, a Texas cardiologist, who promotes ivermectin as part of a "multi-drug protocol" aimed at early treatment of COVID-19 outpatients -- despite the FDA and CDC's warning that people should not be taking ivermectin at all for COVID-19 treatment outside of a clinical trial.

Sawyer said that because physicians like McCullough tout unproven COVID-19 treatments like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine while discouraging vaccines, many patients who believe disinformation "like a matter of faith" become critically ill from COVID-19.

please go to the australian TGA site and check table 2

https://www.tga.gov.au/periodic/covid-19-vaccine-weekly-safety-report-13-01-2022

rates of myocarditis following pfizer vaccination.

the rate for teenage boys is 7.3/100,000 going up to 11.8 / 100,000 after the second dose

this compares with rates of 0 / 100,000 in men over 60.

if you go to table 1 you will see there were 952 cases of suspected myocarditis and 2015 suspected cases of pericarditis (as of jan 2022).

thats over 3000 heart injuries according to the australian TGA as of jan 2022, the overwhelimg majority in young men.

of the 8000 odd deaths from covid, how many were healthy young men

answer   zero.

so a teenage boy is best advised not to get the booster according to the science

send this white flag along with the other dozen or so to my PO box which overfloweth  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

The advice should come from a doctor, not a stable-hand.

is the TGA not staffed by doctors?

3000 cases of myo/pericarditis in young men from the vaccine and no deaths in young men from omicron.

any doctor recommending it might need to explain why.

the british arent going ahead with vaccine boosters for teenage boys.

must be a different 'science' over there

its a very important point.

if 3000 young australians are going to suffer a heart injury, then there needs to be a good reason to do that.

as far as i can see, i dont see ANY otherwise healthy young men being admitted to hospital with covid.

point 2 is that the second pfizer booster doubled the risk of myocarditis compared to the first(the TGA's own data).

it is possible vaccine 3 makes this even higher.

add to that the fact that pfizers own data say the vaccine wears off in 3 to 4 months and , exactly what reason is there for young men to be vaccinated?

i am pleased the UK and scandinavia agree.

germany and france recommend a third booster only for the immunocompromised or those with a serious medical condition in the under 30 age group.

like i say, must be different science over there

During the COVID pandemic, quack doctor Peter McCullough promoted falsities
about COVID itself and the COVID vaccines. He advocated for early treatment
using hydroxychloroquine(!), criticised the National Institutes of Health and the
FDA, and further contributed to COVID misinformation, including that people
under 50 years of age and children do not need the vaccine.

To describe this quack as a "top" cardiologist is a stretch of the imagination methinks!

In July 2020, as the country faced its first summer wave of coronavirus cases, a group of physicians stood in front of the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court and held their first self-titled "White Coat Summit" to tout the unproven benefits of horse worming tablets - and medications prescribed to treat lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and malaria - as a COVID-19 treatment.

"It is called hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and Zithromax," Dr. Stella Immanuel, told the crowd.
"I know you people want to talk about a mask. Hello? You don't need a mask. There is a cure."

But as those doctors were promoting unproven COVID-19 cures like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, and denouncing proven non-pharmaceutical mitigation measures like mask-wearing and lockdowns, another group of physicians was emerging.

No License for Disinformation
, a group of doctors motivated by the
unproven claims
of the White Coat Summit, came together with a mission to call on state medical boards and other governing bodies to take disciplinary measures against doctors spreading dangerous misinformation.

"They were

They wanted everybody to believe that it was safe to continue life as normal," the group's founder, California physician Dr. Nick Sawyer, told ABC News. "It was anti all of the public health measures that had been put out as guidance to help prevent the transmission of this novel virus."
