The quiet few moments....
Time for meditation.
Time for contemplation.
Time for an unhurried, meditative walk, in a peaceful surround.
Time for a slow paced mountain bike ride, anywhere peaceful, but especially on quiet [and mostly vacant] forest walk trails.
Time for, to welcome and to appreciate the peace which i welcome into my heart.
Time for, to read the psalms [bible], and to feel God's presence in the words which i am reading.
STOPPING, just stopping, ...and making my time available, for my God, and for his quiet, healing presence.
Just stop.
Just stop.
Just stop, for 10-15 minutes every day if you can.
And choose, to shut the world out, for just those 10-15 minutes.
And feel a peaceful quiet, envelop you.
And, don't forget to say thank you, to whatever brought that peace, to your heart.
And make a pact [with yourself], to come here again, very soon.
