A simplistic definition of race appears to be entrenched in the African-American community but maybe it includes white Americans who do not identify as anything other than American.

White people seldom identify solely as white. They nearly always refer to themselves by a racial or national identity (e.g. Slavic, Celtic, Anglo etc).

It's understandable among African Americans given that slavery annihilated their specific African identities such that they only have African-American as a singular identity.

With Whoopi, we should move on. She was not intending to vilify Jews or trivialise the Holocaust.

My husband has an older sister who is married to a Jewish Medical Professional here in Sydney. That brother in law by marriage had parents and aunts and uncles who perished in the Holocaust.

The 3 children they have are well aware of their ethnicity. And religion. My husband's sister changed her religion (she is Jewish by Faith) and married/still attend their local synagogue with her husband and children. The children may be ethnically half Jewish but they identify as Jewish. They attended notable Jewish schools which supported their Jewish ethnic values and traditions AS WELL as religion which sits at the centre of Jewish ethnic identity.

What initially gave you away? Your posts essentially disagreed with the article itself. To the point where I started to take notice of your BS. As being just that ie BS. I even had to throw excerpts of the article at your face only to find you pretend that the information wasn't even there. And you continued posting stuff that wasn't even in the article. It was just more invented cr@p made by you on the spot. That sort of shyte is uncalled for.
