Interesting.

1. Eliminate as many vowels/semivowels in the first word as possible (and an R, T or S if possible)
2. Depending on the outcome of the above, eliminate all other vowels (and an R, T or S if possible where not done in 1)
3. You're on your own. Watch for archaic or silent consonant digraphs (e,g, BT, GH, KN, TH, RH, CH, CK, PH, SH, SS, WH), particularly where only 1 vowel/semivowel has been identified in 1 and 2.

Your average should be around 3.5.
