The way that Biden bungled the Afghanistan withdrawal was a loud and clear message to Putin. And this Democrat Rep agrees.

i don't know why you think quoting a republican trying to pin the blame for this on Biden is going to help you in any way.

This has been in the planning for years. The delay was caused by trump threatening to pull out of nato and covid. Putin would have been crazy to attack then, not because of any fear of trump, but because doing so would have forced trump to reverse his position and united nato. If trump had won he would have waited for the US to pull out of nato, nato to collapse, and then gone after not just the Ukraine, but all the other former soviet republics
