I could imagine that the heavy drinking in the last 8 months would have put me in line for a heart attack. Last night, I dreamed that I lost consciousness whilst out at my job. I regained consciousness with witnesses around me, telling me that I was robbed whilst I was unconscious. I remembered the dream when I woke up. But I had the feeling that I might well have had a medical episode where I could have died in my sleep.

UnSub .... that post of yours really concerns me. I've got a brother around your age and if he ever posted something like that I'd be very upset and concerned for him too. 😔

I get that you're an upfront guy and that's great. However these feelings of impending doom are also linked with anxiety and depression.

The alcohol intake/abuse/whatever you often post about is also symptomatic of anxiety and depression.

My point? You seriously should see your usual medical practitioner about this. Telling us this info online is not really going to help you much as we can't do anything for you.

How about you grab your doctor's contact details and organise a telephone consult. That's not a big ask is it? Take it from there.

IF it helps YOU to ALSO share your progress then by all means go for it. But please don't substitute chats btwn you and your regular doctor with chats here.

There's also a men's sub forum somewhere on OzPol (not sure really but I think it's still about). There you will also get the chance to get a bit of male bondage which I'm sure will help you big time as men can open up and talk freely amongst each other.

I hope you get that I'm trying to be both caring and constructive ok?

Has your doctor put you on statins?

And, have you had a coronary calcium score test done?

Don't listen to groggary. Calcium and Statins are the worst things you could ever take. Just more big pharma junk that doesn't cure anything Sad

Is English your first language?

At no stage have I ever suggested he take statins - I wouldn't take them if you paid me, so there's no way I would tell anyone else to take them.

Are you so stupid that you don't know the difference between a question and a suggestion?

And, I didn't tell him to take calcium either - I asked him if he has had a coronary calcium score test done (you obviously have no idea what that is).

FFS, you really are the thickest, most ignorant and poorly-educated person I have ever encountered in my entire life.

When someone's blood test shows them to have a high cholesterol level, their doctor (usually) immediately prescribes them statins.

That's crazy.

They should first give the patient a referral to have a coronary calcium score test done.

If their score is low - usually under 100 - statins are often quite useless.

I have high blood pressure, and my doctor immediately prescribed statins.

I told her to stick them up her arse.

Instead, I went and had my coronary calcium score test done and my score is zero.

Someone in their 50s with a score of zero and no other heart risk factors doesn't needs to be on statins.

Here, educate yourself a bit: https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/heart-scan/about/pac-20384686#:~:tex...

UnSub: if your GP has prescribed statins, ask them for a coronary calcium heart score test before you go down that path - they are the most prescribed drug in the world and in many cases are completely useless.

Okay, I've removed the abuse - there might be good reasons why you're poorly educated, and I shouldn't make fun of that.

But please, in the future, take time to read what is actually written without reading something into it that isn't there.

I'm actually saying the exact opposite of what you've accused me of.

Peace and love.

Hands down the stupidest conspiracy theory yet ... and they're lapping it up.

It's really quite remarkable. I've shifted from being incredulous to fascinated.

Luckily something has shifted about eh Meth given it's been over 15 years and you've yet to shift your troll barge arse from off that cyber junkie chair it's glued to.

1. I'm here far less often than you, Larry.

2. I'm also a real woman.

Meth Meth Meth....

1. No you're not.

2. No you're not.

Across how many forums do you whore these days ?

Oh don't worry about pretending you don't. One of your own has quietly revealed the extent of the sad and sorry condition of your super glued barge arsed troll seat.

Nothing has changed in your sad and sorry lonely cyber junkie existence over the past 15 years. Lots more forums, more ids, more drugs and more delusions because of the same drugs you rely on to get you through each day. By all means keep licking my arse online. Just be careful... Emucorp and Aussie might get jealous.

Sorry Larry, but you level those exact same allegations at so many posters they've lost all impact.

And that is me being generous suggesting they had any to start with.

Ahh as expected Methra...just more of your usual fluent meth driven bullsh1t!

I think I will listen to my doctor over what members here say. The worst I have experienced recently is some back pain from heavy lifting. Apart from that, my life is in order. My age is 43 and I am not close to peak fitness. But, I would be about a month away from fighting weight.

Yessssss!!!

Do not I repeat do not listen to a morbidly obese unhinged multi nutter like Groggy who has lived a sedentary cyber junkie life for at least 15 years!

I've shown his posts to my cousin overnight who is a fully qualified GP and he's gobsmacked that his post is even allowed to stand.

It's dangerous advice merely based on a google search. The other thing is that EVERY person has a unique and different medical HISTORY. Please for the love of God ignore the dhead and be fully guided by your usual medical practitioner.

The scan vs statin googled BS Groggy has dished up for you is in fact not valid in itself and requires the specific context of an individual's age and personal medical history.

Bottom Line? Ignore Groggy and ALL his multi nutter ids which pathetically rush into topics to make him look sane after he's been pwned.

Don't listen to anyone EXCEPT your doctor who knows you personally. And take his/her QUALIFIED advice AND MEDICATIONS!

My quack wanted to put me on statins but I refused. With another clinic I was put on them then suddenly my cholesterol reading was very high—just useless.

Getting cooler in the mornings here, reckon I will start eating porridge again. With a spoonful of apple butter a decent breakfast.
