It is a matter of me eating avocado, kiwi fruit, a bowl of high fibre cereal, or chia seeds with diluted grapefruit juice to get my bowels going. Otherwise, I have to feel very hungry for a couple hours and then have a decent meal before I am moving fully. Two nights worth of scotch and colas have just backed up my number 2s.
