Here are my 4 tips on how to stop worrying about death and start enjoying life more:

1. Accept That It’s Going to Happen by Meditating on Death

2. Focus on the Things You Can Control

Now, instead of obsessing over things you can’t control such as death, focus on what you can control: your attitude, your outlook on life, your lifestyle choices.

3. Set a Worry Time Period

4. Live every day as if its your last .

Another theory as to why 'monkeypox' has started to spread.

Because smallpox was completely eradicated decades ago governments worldwide stopped providing smallpox vaccinations.

'Monkeypox' is closely related to smallpox and because no-one in the past few decades has ever been vaccinated for smallpox it has now given monkeypox a chance to spread, especially with a large percentage of the world's population now 'weakened' by SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) infections.

In other words, monkeypox is now becoming an "opportunistic" virus.

Sounds quite plausible to me. I've also read somewhere today that the smallpox vaccination would give about 80% protection against monkeypox.

Australia reports ‘probable’ case of monkeypox in returned traveller from Europe

OK, Federal and State governments... you know the drill.... close the international border... reinstate quarantine... mandatory masks Australia wide.

Yeah, right. Too busy with a Federal election right now to worry about another potentially deadly virus getting loose in Australia.
