Had this been a black man, most likely he would have gotten shot. Instead they called a real cowboy.

Most people get shot when they're on the run for no good.
Not the Cop's fault if they just happen to be black all the time.
Blacks in other parts of the world, don't have this problem - having to run from police for some reason.
