There was this teacher at my former high school. She looked so masculine and applied so much make up and did the big-hair look, that I swore she was a cross dresser. She was probably in her 40s and had been rocking that look since the 1980s (a decade earlier). Perhaps she had an obsessive compulsive disorder where she could not let go of her youth and had to dress for her era. Same dress sense as the leading lady in that miniseries "V".
