Yes they are. Psychopathology is driven by a genetic condition which can be revealed by MRI. The negative social effects of psychopathology require certain conditioning to manifest (i.e. abusive family in early childhood).

There may not be a single gene but there is a genetic (and epigenetic) cause to psychopathology.

"We see an international federation asserting its primacy in setting rules, regulations and policies that are in the best interest of its sport.

Which specific genes are they? If they haven't found the actual genes and proven it, this is a wild theory based on outdated ideas about genetics
