So let me get this right...

A woman must want a dick even if she wants sex with a man/men; a bloke might want tits even though he wants sex only with women....... a bloke might want his balls cut off so as to enhance the sexual experience with a woman/woman ..... a woman would want a dick attached so she could fully enjoy sex with a man...... I'm with you so far......

So surgery is not the answer, you say? So it's all in the mind? THAT is such a relief... now the mental reconstructionists can go to work to resolve if for you.... without surgery......

So if a man wants to be a woman and thinks he is; or a woman wants to be a man and thinks she is ..... they don't actually have to 'become' a person of the opposite sex to be what they are or feel themselves to be ... and yet they remain mainstream with the full sex paraphernalia of what they are, and yet are not not Abnormal, and do not simply want to 'be' of the opposite sex while having sex with the sex they think they are not?

And that's not just a gay aberration or a mental brain-fart?
