Culture Matters.

I worked security a long time.

I worked with a lot of Indians, they were almost to a man and woman wonderful at it.

Team players, knowing the art of security is de-escalating not escalating.

Pakistanis on the other hand are the worst security guards.

They get angry easy, cannot understand you are dealing with hard up people in hard luck lives so take everything personally, and ramp up into ranting almost instantly.

Pakistani guards almost always made the situation worse, Indian guards better.

Culture matters in the human art form known as security.

When I lived in Italy, I admired how almost to a man and woman they put their friendships and family over their working life.

When I lived in Japan I admired their dedication to a greater society, and yet sense of humour having to live that.

When I lived in Saudi Arabia, I admired nothing about the intolerant testosterone intoxicated, superstitious fantastical place.

Culture matters.

Indians tolerant of human suffering, Pakistanis ever self righteous and judgemental, same melanin different human souls and hearts.

When I asked him "how many kids to you have"

He said "none, I am not married."

They are one of the most self certain, half wit, human cultures on Earth.

Unlike Indians, who are complex, and thoughtful and love to dance.
