I don't care how they experience their sexuality - just don't insist that I or anyone else experience it THEIR way.

It's not their sexuality you daft twat.  It's their gender.  The question is, why would you even talk to people you hate, except to pour hate onto them? Why can't you just not be a prick?

There is no gender outside grammar. Even in grammar it references male and female, ie sex categories. What you call gender is sexual disorientation. It's a mental disorder.

It is tiresome to keep reminding ignorant hateful boomers that DSM5 defines what is a mental disorder....

Invented Genders sounds good...

Gender is a complex topic, more complex than sex.  People are inventing genders to explain how they experience gender. This is an intermediate stage, in time we will simply accept everyones right to be who they are without needing labels

Er.... they are self-labelling and inventing ever more bizarre sexual  'orientations' and pronouns for themselves.

And get miffed and ratty if we just call them he or she according to the facts before us.

The question remains, how is 'he' or 'she' a word with a sacred meaning you have to uphold, over being kind to someone? Why is this so important to you?

`And only ONE for birthday presents, you know. There's glory for you!'

`I don't know what you mean by "glory,"' Alice said.

Humpty Dumpty smiled contemptuously. `Of course you don't-- till I tell you. I meant "there's a nice knock-down argument for you!"'

`But "glory" doesn't mean "a nice knock-down argument,"' Alice objected.

`When I use a word,' Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, `it means just what I choose it to mean--neither more nor less.'

`The question is,' said Alice, `whether you CAN make words mean so many different things.'

`The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, `which is to be master-- that's all.'

Alice was too much puzzled to say anything, so after a minute Humpty Dumpty began again. `They've a temper, some of them-- particularly verbs, they're the proudest--adjectives you can do anything with, but not verbs--however, I can manage the whole lot of them! Impenetrability! That's what I say!'

`Would you tell me, please,' said Alice `what that means?'

`Now you talk like a reasonable child,' said Humpty Dumpty, looking very much pleased. `I meant by "impenetrability" that we've had enough of that subject, and it would be just as well if you'd mention what you mean to do next, as I suppose you don't mean to stop here all the rest of your life.'

`That's a great deal to make one word mean,' Alice said in a thoughtful tone.

`When I make a word do a lot of work like that,' said Humpty Dumpty, `I always pay it extra.'

`Oh!' said Alice. She was too much puzzled to make any other remark.

and you got that from ????????? Roll Eyes

From your post, planks. Did you read it? Did you comprehend it?

i didn't see anything on sexual orientation ... can you highlight those bits?

Grin Grin Grin Grin  you didn't see anything on sexual orientation, plankers?? What IS it about, then? Blood type? How curly your hair is?

When translated literally, they mean “in the manner of women” (fa’a fafine) and “in the manner of man” (fa’a fatama);  but, but but, being a man or a woman has nuffin' to do with sexual orientation and behaviour and roles. Oh no. In the manner of women or men has nuffin' to do wiv women and men - which in turn has nuffin' to do with sex and reproduction in a mammalian species like humanity. Oh no. It's about somefin' completely unrelated.
It's socially constructed!!! Oh yes.

Wink Cheesy Cheesy

blah blah blah ... you demanding that it must be about sexual orientation doesn't make it so ... no matter how much yo stomp your feet

where in any of the examples I put up does it say anything about what sex they are or are not attracted to?

I suspect you don't even know what the term 'sexual orientation' means. Roll Eyes

Every single invented gender is related to sexuality and nothing else

Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

crap

Gissan example then, two planks. Go on.

Quote:
1. In traditional Samoan culture, boys born into male bodies who identify as female are known as ‘Fa’afafines’. They are fully accepted into the Samoan culture. Fa’afafines’ roles in society move fluidly between the traditional male and female. While they’re assigned male at birth, Samoa also recognises ‘Fa’afatamas’—an equally fluid gender for those assigned female at birth.

“Gender roles, even sexual desire, are shaped to suit society. That means gender identity is often hugely shaped by culture. Being a woman in Samoa is quite different from being a woman in Western society,” explained a woman in a National Geographic video on sexual identity in Samoan culture.

In Samoan culture, gender identity is as simple as it gets—if you say and feel you are neither male or female, or that you fluctuate between both genders, this will simply be accepted by society. This is a social norm that the rest of the world could really learn from.

Quote:
2. Bugis in Indonesia
This ethnic group has seen gender as a spectrum for centuries now, with three additional genders in addition to male and female. Bugis genders include ‘calabai’ (feminine men), ‘calalai’ (masculine women) and intersex ‘bissu’ priests.

All about male, female - ie what sex they are. How they feel about it doesn't change that.

"Hawley has said that human trafficking is the result of the American sexual revolution in the 1960s due to the social encouragement of premarital sex and the use of contraception. After being criticized for these statements, he said that Hollywood culture was a major cause of human trafficking.[215][216] Hawley has said that the appropriate place for sex is "within marriage"."

Hawley's first commercial in the 2018 Senate campaign focused on Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, which he supported.

After Kavanaugh was accused of sexual assault, Hawley staunchly defended him.
