It's obvious you're still not clear on the distinctions between "sex" and "gender".
And gender is definitely not "sexual disorientation".
I was born a male, and as an adult I identify as a male. Therefore my
gender is technically male. If, on the other hand, I hated my male body,
and wanted to present to the world—and my mirror image—as a female,
then I may well desire to change my gender. Gender reassignment is
driven by neurological functioning; it's not something that someone just
wakes up one morning and says; "Hmmm... I think I'll have a sex change
today".
I get the feeling that you're a person who doesn't like, or is scared of, the
"other" in your world. Transgender persons are a living, visible reminder
of the other—which dislike of you attempt to assuage with very vocal hatred.
