Talk To Yourself.

Talk to yourself.

Honestly talk with yourself.

Be honesty with yourself.

Talk.

I talk to myself all the time.

Have long and meaningful discussions with my memory, those I loved and lost.
The time long lost except in marmalade of Proustian memory.

Try to chance long lost time in regret.

Argue, debate, rant to, condemn, forgive myself.

Interrogate myself like a Grand Inquisitor.

Then hope and think to myself about the future.

It is called being a human being.

And if you have never learned how to honestly talk to yourself you have no chance of honestly talking to another human being.
