I did not manage to do the 7km ruck. I got about 500 metres from home and found that my shoulder was unusually sore. I switched to a 4km ruck, where (at the halfway point) I sat at a bus stop for an hour playing a mobile phone game. 7 degrees in the morning and I am just literally chilling. I got up after and continue home. I put my tv show on. I had some kiwi fruit, oranges, and then a bowl of rolled oats. I actually washed down my medication with some Metamucil. So far, I am not clenching my butt cheeks together holding on for a number 2.
