No it wasn't.

You didn't want a new election in 2016 when the FBI set Trump up for a win by announcing an investigation of Hillary 2 weeks before the election. The FBI clearly impacted the election result in 2016.

You all made a big deal about investigating Trumps very real Russian ties in that same election but this was done in secret - The voters didn't know about it till well after the election.

The Biden laptop story was caught up in the Russian misinformation campaign, It looked just like all the Russian rubbish, the GOP's own Russian mates stuffed them up.

It's not only not conclusive it isn't even true.
