The FBI just removed 11,000 government documents from his basement, Bobby. They now have a criminal InVeStIgAtIoN.

Add this to the New York tax law suit, the criminal investigation in Georgia, and he's starting to look most touchable.

But I'm curious. Do you think he should be untouchable?

Do you think the law should not apply to elite politicians?

Why or why not?

A simple hanging meme will not suffice.

When you hang a man you better look at him.
There is no one in America prepared to hang the Don.

Don't want to say, eh?

No worries. When Dear Leader gets done, you can jump up and down and say oh, so unfair.

But you won't ever be able to articulate why.

Cunning, no?

I know, right? Mr Trump's so awesome he started his own forum. Apparently he just posted 88 rants in two days.

Problem is, it's got so many white supremacist terrorists posting hate speech, Google won't put it on Play Store.

I wish I could read those 88 posts.

Suck on that, Nancy. While you're playing at running the country, Mr Trump's at home posting hate rants on a forum nobody can read.

Ridiculous decision being criticised broadly in the USA.  She basis it on there being some extraordinary aspect because it is an ex President.  Fuqqin hell...what is extraordinary is that the weight of available evidence shows that this prick stole Government documents and was obstructive in having them returned.

DOJ should immediately appeal especially as the decision purports to put on hold the DOJ investigation of Humpty doing wrong in taking the documents.

I expected her to do nothing...rule the motion as moot given the FBI/DOJ would have already finished poring all over what they had.

Biden could intervene and declare a waiver of all executive privilege, but I doubt he will do that.

But isn't there a principle in law of client attorney privilege?

Many of those documents were from Trump's lawyers.

Not if Mr Trump declassified them, Bobby.

Government records aren't protected by client-attorney privilege, dear.

So what's it going to be? Mr Trump's illegally storing classified government material in a hotel basement?

Or he declassified his own legal records for all to read?

Thoughts?

Here he is at Dr Oz's campaign rally, dear, busily creating:

Quote:
On Saturday night in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Trump called the president of the United States “an enemy of the state.” This fiery accusation was likely fueled by comments Biden made in a speech on Thursday: “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”

Trump further described Biden’s speech on Thursday at Independence Hall as “the most vicious, hateful, and divisive speech ever delivered by an American president.”

Addressing the FBI search of his Florida estate, Trump called the Justice Department “vicious monsters” who executed a “shameful raid and break-in of my home in Mar-a-Lago.” He also called the search “one of the most shocking abuses of power by any administration in American history.”

Possibly the most outrageous claims Trump made at the rally were about John Fetterman, the lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania and Dr. Mehmet Oz’s rival for a Senate seat. “Fetterman supports taxpayer-funded drug dens and the complete decriminalization of illegal drugs, including heroin, cocaine, crystal meth, and ultra lethal fentanyl. And by the way, he takes them himself,” Trump said.

https://www.vanityfair.com/favicon.ico

Here he is on Truth Social, talking about himself in the third person:

Quote:
So now it comes out, conclusively, that the FBI BURIED THE HUNTER BIDEN LAPTOP STORY BEFORE THE ELECTION knowing that, if they didn’t, ‘Trump would have easily won the 2020 Presidential Election'.

This is massive FRAUD & ELECTION INTERFERENCE at a level never seen before in our Country. REMEDY: Declare the rightful winner or, and this would be the minimal solution, declare the 2020 Election irreparably compromised and have a new Election, immediately!

https://trump.news/2022-08-29-trump-calls-for-new-election-to-be-held.html#

I can keep going through all his recent speeches and posts, but I'm not going to find anything creative, you know that.

Beware the one in whom the instinct to punish is strong, no?

so I assume he paid his lawyers up front if they asked for that?

Which one? AG Barr thinks declassifying boxes of records is a bigger crime than stealing them to begin with.
