I know of 1 such gold club.

It can occasionally happen and I guess it would depend on the quality of golfers in the club which would be influenced by the other local golf courses. Yes I back pedal a bit it is possible but on the sort of course that Donald has access to it is very unlikely.

The Primary Club I was at would seldom be won in par figures over 4 rounds unless weather intervened and even then though the score may be higher the handicap of the winner would be low with the occasional exception.

Haven't played for a number of years either, was just barely ok. HCP 8 at my best but wasn't really even that good but I did get to play with some very good players and managed some junior teams. Seen some really good things with that.
