The obvious corruption of the FBI and DOJ are becoming
more and more apparent. And it will hurt Biden.
My opinion.
The USA is acting like a banana republic with the justice depts
acting to eliminate political rivals when there should be a separation of powers.
Here's the timeline.

Many records will never be retrieved, after they were shredded at the end of the administration, or destroyed long before. Some were flushed down the loo by the big fella himself. You've seen the pictures. You've read about the calls to the plumber. You know.
During the administration, the national records office employed staff who's sole job it was to stick documents back together, after the big fella had ripped them up.
Mr Trump has been sitting on those boxes all year, after they were repeatedly requested by national archives. All he had to do was hand them back. Just think, it could have all been so beautiful. Run for prez again, get erected, and basically be awesome.
Now he's up on a felony charge. If convicted, he won't even be allowed a job in city hall.
