They found stolen government documents and piles of them. He was asked to return then and Trump didn't They negotiated and Trump didn't return the stolen documents they subpoenaed them and Trump returned 15 boxes of Documents.

Trumps Lawyer signed a document saying that there were no more documents.

The FBI discovered that there were many more documents involved and asked for them - they were not returned.

The FBI subpoenaed the documents and didn't have them returned so they got a court order to go and recover the stolen government property.

Donald should do a significant amount of time for this.

If the FBI are to be criticised it would be the other way around. Any normal citizen holding onto such a stash of government documents would have been raided on day 1. This is heading for 2 years with no action taken on a criminal national security compromise till last week.

So this could could go on for 10yrs or so before it goes to court, in the meantime after Nancy's Pigs raided Trumps home and violated the 4th Amendment everybody can see by now it's a political WITCH HUNT

Nancy had nothing to do with the DOJ doing their job.

A court approved search based on solid evidence is not a contravention to the 4th amendment. They even recovered much of what they were looking for.

What about Obama?
Doesn't he still have 3 million documents?

Should Obama do a significant amount of time for that ?

The official Archive have confirmed that they have all the Obama documents. This claim was always BS.

Yes, Bobby, he keeps them in the National Archives.

Cool

Lock him up.

Don't hold your breath Duck, cast your mind back a few days when it was widely reported by the MSM Trump had stolen TOP SECRET nuclear bomb documents with their codes! you would think they would have killed him for that but he is out playing golf today.

Grin

I know, right? He may even have scored a hole in one.

Oh look another one that needs a diagram to masturbate.

So show us all your knowledge of US law, just how was Trump's 4th amendment rights violated?

Tis written Scope, seek and ye shall find.

Just so, Matty. Has Mr Trump pleaded the 4th as well?

Ee-gad, that's two amendments and we've only just got started.

Should we have another insurrection, do you think?

That could work.

It was a lie fabricated by an orange, alleged child rapist.

"[T]he National Archives and Records Administration, or NARA, which preserves and maintains records after a president leaves office, confirmed on Friday afternoon that Mr. Obama had turned over his documents — classified and unclassified — as required under the Presidential Records Act of 1978."

Obama did not keep classified documents, the National Archives confirms.

How clever is Trump, He declassified the documents that the FBI planted almost 2 years before it happened, that is pure genius.

Or was it the documents that he claimed that he didn't have ?
Or the 15 boxes of documents that he originally claimed to not have that he already returned ?
Or was it the documents that he didn't have that the FBI found that he did have ?

How did the FBI find piles of documents after the Trump legal team signed off on a statement saying that all documents had been returned ?

When Trump is saying that he put a lock on the room with the documents because the FBI asked him to was that admitting that he had the documents that he didn't have ?

How does declassifying the documents make any difference to anything ?

Stealing Government documents is illegal be they classified or not, they still belong to the government and belong in the archive.

Yes, Dnarever, but Matty's saying we should forgive and forget. I mean, where's the mercy gone in society today? When did we all become so legalistic and litigious and obsessed with the paperwork?

Matty looks forward to the day when we can all be friends again - when citizens of the same country, tinted and tanned alike, can join hands in solidarity, linked indivisibly to their common bond and shared vision - liberty, equality, fraternity.

LOCK HER UP.

Don't be such a party pooper, Greggery. When Matty said seek and ye shall find, he meant to ask Zalensky to go through all the Ukrainian IT servers in the hope that Hillary's emails would pop up somewhere.

Perfect call, innit.
