Will do, Mother. On the influence of News Ltd, we're now seeing Sky take a full-throttled defence of Dear Leader here in Australia. Interestingly, their influence was almost non-existent in the last election. I have no idea why they think Bolt, Kenny et al could make a dint on Trump's entrenched unpopularity in Australia.

It's a mug's game. Trump is the epitome of everything Australians loathe about America. Sure, there are a few suckers here, but they mean nothing in electoral terms. They're a fart in a gail. They're just having a laugh.

For all of our legitimate concerns a few years ago, they've proven wrong. The Australian electorate has not gone down the route of white populism. We've run a mile from this kind of politics. Throughout the pandemic, the global economic downturn and the geopolitical rise of China, we've held firm to democratic values.

We're an inclusive, democratic multicultural society. This is something to be proud of. We won't tolerate dickheads. If Trump had done what Scomo did, the numpties would be applauding him. Not us. Unlike Americans, when we go overseas, we don't have to apologise for our political leaders.

Nothing personal, Marla. We still have numpties, but they're futile. Yours have brought you down. Our numpties are forced to bark at yours.

Lifelong conservatives are forced to pledge allegiance to a fraudulent, pussy-grabbing adulterer who calls veterans suckers and actively undermines US security.

This is not possible in Australia. As much as we might disagree, politicians at least stand for something more than themselves. We don't tolerate liars, and we agree to play by the rules, may the best person win. This is no longer possible in many parts of American society, where they've basically given up on democracy.

The numpties here are just farting in the wind.

Not at all. The Republican Party are about the stock value of arms manufacturers, global security and private prison contractors. That requires a rule of law, of some sort.
