he realised he would never win the 2 biggest states , cali and NY because they are the states of the coastal elites (people who feel they are citizens of the world and despise "real" america),


so he insulted them and that really made him a hero in the red interior where "real" americans live .

it resulted in lots more angry chodes like gweggy 'getting out to vote" in the smug coastal cities.

but their votes (like gweggys opinion) counted for zip.

as trump knew cali and NY were lost, why pander to those fools.

he did however win big elsewhere.

just try and understand how complex that would be

But did he?

Never! The big fella lives "in action", cause, not effect. He knows has plenty more off-the-cuff  speeches to give, it would be a waste to give it all up and just play golf. Besides, he can do that and still be prez, no? The White House actually worked better when he did.
