The interview was conducted at an amusement park. These people are obviously eager to get back to their entertainment and were giving hurried answers. Maybe there should be some kind of balance with the interviewer showing them interviewees who got the answers all correct.

could answer any of the questions.

Whatever, it's a pretty damning indictment of the standards of high school
education in the United States.

It is likely that the interviewer spent hours interviewing at least 20 people. And these few could not answer some of the questions. The video was mixed up in order for the sake of muddling the audience into thinking it is one long sequence of dumb answers. Had the video been unedited, I bet these people would have gotten some of the questions right.
