Latest headlines: Perth's property price boom is being caused by buyers from the Eastern states who have no intention of living in Perth...

iow, cashed up rent-seekers looking to cash in on the back of Oz capital gains and negative gearing rules, to make a killing in the Oz housing ponzi.

Where's "cultural Marxism"  when you need it.....forget about Marxism.....

Here you are comparing the lives of the ruling class in Communist Russia, with the elites who are ruling Oz.

The Labor Govt actually kept their mass immigration numbers secret until about 2 months ago.

putting a huge supply of property on the market -
even a price collapse.
Mass immigration  caused high demand and skyrocketing prices
exactly the opposite of what everyone was predicting.
I personally know of units that went up 25% in the last year.
I saw houses go up over $200K in one year too.
$800K to well over $1 million.

Yes, but nothing to do with either Marx, OR 'cultural Marxism'; because  you continue to ignore the crushing influence of mainstream economists:

https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/other/economist-warns-of-cutting-immigration-in-a...

Economist warns of cutting immigration in Australia

Cutting immigration to combat the country's housing shortage is shortsighted and risks wage and productivity growth, according to KPMG Australia Chief Economist Brendan Rynne.

'Chief Economist'....a typical product of delusional economics departments in the world's universities.

The film "Finding the Money" is due for release in Oz in March; it may herald a new age of enlightened thinking about money and economic justice.

It's Marxism -
bringing in cheap labor from places like India -
they work for a bowl of rice per day and will live as 6 people in a one bedroom flat.
Average per capita wealth goes down.
Marxism creates more poor people.

Cultural Marxism in America.    -

remember BLM protests?

When the judge sentences a Darkie -
he flies through the air like superman and punches her.
You've gotta see the video:

Judge Holthus experienced injuries as a result of the assault and her condition is being monitored.

Las Vegas judge is attacked by freshly-convicted criminal who
jumped over her bench to rain punches on her after she sentenced him to jail.

No - it's the Marxist BLM - Black lives matter.

He'll only get a good behaviour bond.

When BLM protestors burnt down whole city blocks
nothing happened to them.

Er ...."cheap labour" is illegal in Oz.

Your premise is wrong, hence the conclusion is also wrong; employers doing that end up in jail in Oz.

Unfortunately, the KPMG "chief economist" has a much better grasp of economics than you, though he also draws the wrong conclusions.

Quote:
Marxism creates more poor people.

That's the RW conservative mythology right there.

Obviously you need a) full employment and b) above poverty wages for everyone  (not 'equality of outcome', the RW lie), to eradicate poverty. Marxism.

The RW point to "cultural Marxism" to explain the failures of the modern neoclassical/neoliberal economy, in order to avoid facing the methodilogical failures and erroneous foundations of the system itself (eg unregulated "invisible hand" markets).

Mr Divide,
Quote:

I know for sure that highly qualified technical people from India
are working for little more than the minimum wage.
The normal wages would be more than double the minimum wage -
maybe even triple.

6 people and more are already living in one bedroom flats -
both migrants and poor Aussies.

It's undeniable that Marxism causes extreme poverty.
I remember back in the 1970s -
university qualified engineers were working for US$40 per month in the former Soviet Union.
Communism is hell.

Keep digging, we'll soon expose get the absurd "cultural Marxism" slur for the meaningless BS it is

Black lives matter, ALL lives matter - except to idiot mainstream economists like Michelle Bullock  who think full employment is a problem.
Nothing that forcing people onto the unemployment scrap heap can't solve...

Quote:
He'll only get a good behaviour bond.

One thing for sure:  he isn't aquainted with "Workers of the world,  Unite"!   (No point in attacking one lone judge).

Quote:
When BLM protestors burnt down whole city blocks nothing happened to them.

It's difficult to process and jail such rioters, because there is usually too many of them - thanks to your vicious  mainstream neoclassical/neoliberal  economic orthodoxy which entrenches poverty and criminality  among certain groups and indivduals (like Floyd).

Stop blaming Marx for the current economic dysfunction in the world; communism doesn't exist.

Fallacy of composition: not ALL highly-skilled immigrants are forced into minimum wage jobs.

Correct - it's called a housing crisis, the result of government abandoning a public housing stock, over the last four decades, regardless of immigration.

See - you keep referring back to the USSR, which no longer exists;  while ignoring the disastrous consequences of Thatcherism/Friedmanism and neoclassical orthodoxy in the West, ie entrenched poverty and inequality reaching GD levels, nothing to do with Marx.

yes - in the form of Unionism, which arose after his death,

Cultural Marxism is real.

Only in the sense conspiracy theories are real; whereas Marx knew that unregulated "invisible hand" markets lead to economic injustice.

Many are - the true numbers are hidden.
Employers take advantage of desperate people.

Quote:

It's all caused by mass uncontrolled immigration -
millions upon millions of immigrants with no housing for them.
Australia is being turned into a 3rd world slum like Calcutta.
That's the way the Marxist Govts want it.
Can't you see that our Govts. are evil?

Nothing can compare with the poverty in former communist countries.
People risked death to get over the wall in Berlin.
They would rather die than live under communism.

cultural Marxism is everywhere - even on this forum -
I've proven it with 58 pages of evidence on this thread alone.
