Real Americans, it would seem, DO care about ten year old rape victims having the right to terminate their pregnancies. The fake ones have other ideas.

You, on the other hand, don't give a neigh, dear. You live in a country where you don't have to think about such awful things as abortion, school shootings, health insurance, homelessness or fake news telling you you can't socialize.

The truth is, you don't have to worry about any of these things because real politicians, conservative and leftard, have acted on them. In our country, not only would your Dear Leader never get in, he'd be turfed at the first mention of bleach-drinking.
