Frank, the allegations against BRS are not unsubstantiated....by a very long shot.

At the moment, the 'jury is out' and we are all waiting for that Judge to reach a decision.

Any person with any sense of occasion, timing and decency would be far less tone deaf to what is happening.

This bloke is quite literally a Judge's reserved decision away from being declared, on the balance of probability, a cold blooded murderer.

I'd be inclined to trust Roberts-Smith VC judgement, in that 'theatre of war', Afghanistan.

We, all Australians, asked him and others, to go there, and to fight a dirty, ill defined war.

....except that in Afghanistan, the enemy were not openly 'declaring themselves', and they were not wearing any recognisable uniform.

And yet, the enemy in Afghanistan, still managed to inflict many casualties upon the coalition forces.
