The spinach is perfect right now - so tasty - you can buy a packet for $2 from Coles you need to use a big handful per person because in 3 minutes it boils down to nothing.

Tomorrow for lunch, daughter and partner and 2 dogs coming over for lunch. We’ll have the fireplace roaring as it’s cold and wet!
I’m making something I’ve never done before … fish minestrone.
I usually use chicken pieces.
If I’m happy with the way it turns out… i might take a photo.
Daughter is bringing the gf garlic bread.
I’m making banana choc chip cup cakes for desert with a cupaccino.

I remember many moons ago, when first married and cooking meals… how to time vegetable, roast, etc and not dress salad too early or it goes limp.
But that was way back then when I was 22 years old.
