This was my dinner tonight :
salmon with Brussels sprouts and grape tomatoes.
Yummy - it was a 10 out of 10.

Tonight I had one of these frozen gourmet pies from Coles.
I thawed it out in the microwave for 6 minutes on defrost
then put it in the oven for at 175 degrees C  for 25 minutes on fan forced.
It was very nice indeed.
You get 2 pies for $9.50 from either Coles or Woolies.

How come it takes him 8 pages before this recipie ...
I've done this sort of thing, I use raw fish as it cooks in the patty and add no salt.

Using sweet potatoes would improve it a lot, maybe grated raw sweet potatoes, raw fish, mixed herbs.
Look, no salt. people can add it later if they want to ruin their own food.

mashed potatoes
cooked salmon or tinned salmon

Salmon patties are awesome and I haven't made them for a long time.  Thanks for the reminder.

Leftovers are also good cold on toast the next morning

Asian roast pork (with crackling) with bok choy, rice, and a chilli & coriander sauce.

Superb!
