My capacity for anything is not flawed... those who wanted to get ahead have done so - some of them are doing very nicely, thank you - so why are the role models the criminals and thugs and gangstahs who don't want to assimilate?

You reckon the ancient Britons (ie their ethnic successors)  are doing well today, why can't Oz blacks?

I showed why your analysis is flawed.

[quote]those who wanted to get ahead have done so - some of them are doing very nicely, thank you - so why are the role models the criminals and thugs and gangstahs who don't want to assimilate?

We all want to get ahead, not all succeed. That's why state intervention is required.

At least until there is no gap, and the rate of long-term unemployed blacks is the same as that for non-blacks  (though zero unemployment regardless of race is the better goal, via a JG).

Better yet, cancel the lot, including the associated poverty and 'correction' industries required to deal with the incarceration, alcoholism and community dysfunction, and introduce a JG, funded by the Oz treasury and central bank (who can make Oz dollars out of thin air...)

Maybe invent a virus to eradicate the blacks.
They tried it in South Africa - https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=zulu+2013&&view=detail&mid=492E6555483C4E03...

No, no, no.

The consultative process on the Voice, involving all these quangos, made it clear that the Voucd will NOT replace any of the existing voices of Aborigines, no Aboriginal organisationx are doing a sub-par job, quite the contrary. No Aboriginal or non-Aboriginal functionaries, activist, bureaucrats from the existing quangos are to be out of a job. Oh, no.

The Voice will be another badly needed layer go deal with Aboriginal dysfunction because the existing stupendous edifice is obviously not enough despite the impeccable job they are all doing.  The Voice will generate additional advisory and cooperative bodies and final Aboriginal emancipation will be achieved when every Aboriginal will have a job in  the Aboriginal sorry industry.
We might be able to even export. This has 'uge potential.

Well, now – let's run a few simple tests on YOUR 'analytical skills'...

If Jozefina Bloggos works 28.25 hours per week and is paid $58.02 per hour
totalling $1672.45 a week

and

Joe Bloggs works 36.1 hours per week and is paid $54.17 per hour
totalling $1955.45 per week

Why is there an earnings gap against Jozefina?

If Greta Cleft states categorically that the voice proposal will NOT 'close any gaps' and will resolve no problems with Indigenous communities and individuals

Why does Greta persist in discussing the voice proposal in terms of 'closing the gaps'?

If a gang of serial killers, responsible for sixteen murders including of women and children and other crimes, is tracked down by police and fourteen of the serial killers die in a shootout, while any women and children present are taken into custody pending investigation of their parts

Who then is the party guilty of massacring innocents?

Just a little test of your true skills there, girlie....

No, no, no.

Didn't you mean yes, yes, yes?

We are in furious agreement, I think (except for guaranteed full employment).

1. Because, as you noted, she works less hours - she has greater UNPAID family caring responsibilities over a lifetime.

2. Are your hourly pay rates correct, on average?

(quick google)

Men are twice as likely to be in the top earning bracket, and women are 1.5 times more likely to be in the lowest.12 Dec 2022

Presumably " top" and "lowest" refers to hourly pay rates.

Because that is what the voice is supposed to do, ie, it's what the supporters of the voice think it WILL do.

Why only 14 killed by police? I wouldn't have a problem if the police took them all out, if that proved the only way to end it.  And presumably you are referring to women belonging to the gang who are to be examined?

Test?

A piece of cake....I'm no Ned Kelly lover.

Though the negative circumstances shaping Ned's life ought to be changed, if possible.
