Ok. it was the NT police commisioner who said it, commenting on the situation in Alice Springs.

Yes. That just shows the "depth" of your knowledge about most things. Roll Eyes

At least I knew THAT comment was coming.....

And of course you have no comment to make on eradicating welfare dependency...

Silly parrot.  Advocating for local community Voices is motherhood statement when the Canberra voice is opposed -  but a GOOD THING when a pro-centralised Voice Sharee advocates for it.

A JG work program is determined at the local level; Shireen knows that.

But in Jacinta or Warren want local voices then that's just motherhood statement.

Being a parrot, speaking in good faith is not your thing.

Wrong, as usual. I already noted Jacinta and Warren haven't elucidated on how the motherhood statement - re local engagement -  is to be implemented.

Whereas Shireen knows locally organized employment is key.

So Jacinda needs to elucidate her 'motherhood statement' but Shireen doesnt coz she knows.

You are a clown parrot:
Caique parrots can make great pets and will keep you entertained for years. They are wonderful to look at and do not get very big so they do not require a large cage. Caiques are generally referred to as clowns of pet birds for quite a real reason.

Wrong parrot gif there Frank  Grin

That's an African Peachface/Lovebird.

Caique parrots are Sth American.

But I get your drift ..... & Peachfaces fit the description for Caiques as well.

The yes and the no case both need to explain how to eradicate destructive welfare dependency in black communities.

Shireen is a supporter of MMT, and hence the JG.

No they don't - only the Yes case needs to justify itself.

er...let me connect the dots for you:

1. Most Ozies want to close the gap.

2. They think a 'voice' will help close the gap, but they don't understand money.

3. The voice won't close the gap. Only provision of suitable paid employment can gradually close the gap.

(I won't write"obviously"..because it's apparently not obvious that 1+1 =2 )

3. Sovereignty ideologues on all sides are at one-another throats, hence the voice has much less support than closing the gap (and is therefore likely to lose, given near unanimous support required to pass referendums).

4. Understand now WHY some (if erroneously) want to change the constitution?

Who is "they"?

And why is it that "they" don't already know the Aboriginal Australians have many "voices" to Govt?

Why do they believe that Aboriginals don't have any "voices"?

Because it's more than obvious that they do.

Silly parrot crap.
It's NOT Aboriginal employment opportunities that are lacking severely in Whoop Whoop.  It's Aboriginal employability.

And ONLY Abos can change their own employability. Not Shiree, not Jacinda, not Tennis Albo, not the Voice, not you,  not money printing, not job guarantee.

Unemployable Abos need to get employable.   Only they can make themselves employable, nobody else. You can call it neoliberal, grusome, individualistic -  all your idiotic crap -  but if you are unemployable then YOU have to make yourself employable, regardless of your race, colour, or the species of parrot you happen to be.

No government intervention, no job guarantee can straighten you up if you are not prepared to straighten up yourself. You can guarantee any job but if Abos don't turn up in the project of bettering their own lives then there is nothing you can do short of forcing them as inferior buggers. Abos need to step up to help themselves.

Your parroting shite is just that - idiotic, unthought-out moronic parroting.

So...see the CDEP for how to begin to deal with that problem.

Nonsense. You and I were made employable because
1. the state educated us, and

2. we lived in functional families, or functional communities.

Refuted above, you are bloody lucky you weren't born into a dysfunctional black family.

Hint: both personal AND  community responsibility are required to achieve successful lives.  Like I said, you are lucky you chose the right parents in the right community...

Refuted above, with reasoned anaysis -  something beyond your 'survival of the fittest' mentality,  apparently.

Th nation wants to close the gap.

Telling blacks they have to "step up to help themselves" is gross simplistic thinking, and won't close the gap.

Sticking to the example of Oz blacks: a functional culture was made dysfunctional by the invasion. Do I have to enlarge on that point for you to understand?

Why aren't ALL Aboriginal families and individuals dysfunctional then?

Because some of them, less than half, have escaped the destructive effects of welfare dependency.

How did they do that?

Some luck involved, eg meeting the right influencer at the right time.

Or having bi-cultural/racial family backgrounds.
