Darwin?

What did you do in Darwin?

observe the social problems related to black dysadvantage close up. eg drunken behaviour on public buses requiring drivers to threaten to call police etc, and drunken groups in public parks etc.

especially on a weekend, again - drunken groups wandering the streets.

But you are apparently incapable of considering  the causes of all this social dysfunction, and are only capable of looking its effects.

Typical of conservatives who like to blame poverty on its victims.

Observe? It was my home for many years - I even buried a Russian Prince there.

The inability to tolerate alcohol is genetic

You either have the DNA for it or you don't

They should not be allowed alcohol

Prove it, Matty...  Tsk, tsk, tsk...  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Of course the Voice will be able to challenge government decisions in the High Court:

That is the only reason it has to be in the Constitution - to be justicable.

How's money for nothing?

Stop digging yourself into a bigger hole; you are only proving you are incapable of considering the effects rather than the causes of social dysfunction.

Hint: "money for nothing" - ie,  poverty-level 'sit-down money', is part of the problem aka welfare dependency.

That's what they want ... so Phukk off & find your own hole smartarse.

Wrong of course, no one WANTS to experience welfare dependency; it's something people submit to when the system leaves them without realistic options to gain paid employment.

Poverty-level welfare dependency: particularly disastrous among a group who consider they have been unjustly evicted from their own lands, and their culture destroyed, (regardless of what you or I think).

OK - I'll bite - though I promised myself not to.

WHY do they have ho realistic options to gain employment?

Excuses are like arseholes - everyone's got one - but there comes a time to adjust and move on.  They can still wander the lands out there, their 'culture' is what it is but they must accept that others have rights too - why is their noble and wonderful 'traditional' life not good enough for them any more?  I posted a picture of the Outback and asked which bit they were excluded from... as usual - no answers... they hold enormous swathes of land out there - how much is enough in this day and age befor they stop whinging about their 'stolen' land?

They can't as someone said - stay forever with a foot in each camp... it's up to THEM to get out of it given the opportunities they have.  Now don't just try to paper that over again with 'adjust the economy' - give a real answer.

Unbelievable..... you are just an enabler .... an eternal excuse maker.

You just prattle on that nothing in the situation is their fault or that they have any responsibility for anything.
