One of the Nazi's greatest achievements was full employment - everyone had a job but no real rights in it.... also they had organised by the state holidays and so forth.... a true Nirvana that was....

Some think that full employment will solve all problems, but forget that factors such as inflation and so forth continue to operate and the working person is still never better off and will just get enough to get by.

Pipe dream....

I'd bet Albanese and his government will be more relieved than the rest of us if the referendum fails.

Be ready for subtle political self-sabotage from Labor.

That sounds like slavery or serfdom.

It's not; it IS 'guaranteed  above poverty employment for all - at a minimum'. The upper limit is open to determination by the community.

That's not what a JG is - see above. (A JG is based on a variable 'buffer pool' of employed workers to control inflation, instead of the present pool of un/underemployed workers to control inflation.

This shows just how toxic some of the Yes activists are. Like the Left generally, they want to shut up anyone sho doesnt toe their propaganda line.

Blackmores has found itself in the centre of a political storm with calls to boycott the Australian vitamin company flooding Twatter.

The controversy was sparked after major shareholder Marcus Blackmore, whose dad started the vitamin giant, publicly declared he would vote 'no' on the Indigenous Voice to Parliament referendum.

His announcement saw the hashtag 'BoycottBlackmores' shooting to the top of Twatter's trending list as people either pledged to avoid the company's products or argued why it shouldn't matter.

Mr Blackmore said he would be supporting Indigenous senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price's 'vote no' campaign which is funded by conservative group Advance.

'If Jacinta tells me I should vote no, I am voting no. She obviously knows a lot more about the Aboriginal issues than I do,' he told The Australian Financial Review last week.

'I have not been convinced by the Prime Minister or anybody else that I should vote yes. It's no different to business. If you're no good at sales, employ a salesman.'

BREAKING! Blackmore sales skyrocketing.

This from the guy who reckons "(a minimum) above poverty employment for all 'sounds like slavery' " - and then referenced the Soviets.

Classic TINA fallacy.

Selectively quoting, mon petit perroquet on uppers.  What I said:

That sounds like slavery or serfdom.
Or what the Soviers had, 'full employment' - no unemployment benefit plus strong anti parasite laws, including jail and forced labour.

In all these cases responsibility for individual was assumed by the slave owner, the landlord or the state.

Imagine if Australia also abolished the dole and introduced anti-parasite laws against people out of work for more than 4 weeks.

We prefer the term "pimply faced, fat-arsed (probably with pimples), latte` sippers who've never once gone out to actually see".

How many of these armchair 'experts' so loudly proclaiming "the Abos could have burnt the bush off better" actually ever SAW a burnoff and the conditions in which it is allowed?  How would a few Abos scattered across a vast area even achieve it to the extent that big fires never happened?  It didn't matter if a big fire occurred because there weren't enough of them to be bothered by it.  Just go and catch a wallaby somewhere else.

So they limited their burns to an area where they might be coming back later..... just torch and go, and it didn't matter if it got out of control.

There's no ooga-booga in it.... NOBODY is permitted to light a fire in hot windy conditions .... and every farmer does a 'traditional burn' every year in some spots.

FFS... it's not rocket burn science.

What else can they teach anyone these days?  Let's hear it..... Hunting At Macca's with the Footyjira Tribe?  Hey, Boss - guess what - where trees grow is where there's more water!  **picks self up off floor**
