I'll take that bet.

OK, well you're a lawyer.

I put this case in terms of public profile up there with Pell, who was wrongly convicted as it turned out.

What are the odds of a conviction?

What are the odds of his winning an appeal if convicted?

I always said that Pell would win his appeal.

Not apples v apples.

If Lehrmann is convicted, I say he will not get an acquittal on appeal.  At best...retrial assuming (and that is a huge assumption) this Trial Judge fuqqed up in her summation to the Jury.

It is far more likely he will not be convicted in the first place.

Interesting. A bet I've got with someone else is that he will not be convicted due to Higgins' destroying evidence.

I don't need to worry,  if he's acquitted, the media will fill in the blanks for me!

She washed the dress. Did she learn nothing from Lewinski?!

Yes, she did wash the dress, and I can't recall how long after the alleged event that was.

I do know that Reynolds potentially destroyed evidence when she definitely well knew something had happened in her suite when she ordered the cleaners in that very day...Saturday of the alleged event.

I stated previously that only the lawyers will win here.

I was wrong.

SportsBet et al will win much more $$$ than the lawyers. So please gamble responsibly.

I was thinking along those lines also.

(Mind you I was thinking more about her underpants being washed after the alleged event. Alas ... she never wore any 🥺)

Unless the Jury has been kept in after 5.00 pm today, and unless the MSM have failed to report, the Jury has taken a day and not come to a decision, and they have gone home.

So.....all the conjecture starts.

Clearly there is determined division still to be resolved.

Does anyone here believe that when they got home this evening, NOT ONE of them discussed the matter with their spouse?

I think she deliberately sought to protect Lehrmann.  She should have called the Cops....not the cleaners.

They've probably been put up in a hotel somewhere. God knows they deserve a drink or 2. Let's hope THEY don't start having sex with each other afterwards 😂🤣😆

Yes; earlier on I wondered about semen DNA in the panties she was wearing
until I discovered she went to a work do—of all things—commando.

Why was that?
