THERE IS NO GSM HAPPENING NOW!

Oh noes, no Ice Age! Not that an ice age would happen just because of a GSM anyway! We have warmed far too much for any 0.2°C cooling to have any noticeable effect.

There is no GSM happening now!

This is going to have a big impact on certain critters: the brainless cowards who prefer to believe someone or something will save them from AGW. Brainless, gutless morons like “I will tell Setanta on you {sob}” Booby.

More seriously, this means the next El Nino is going to be a killer! Bye bye GBR! Bye bye Thwaites and Pine Island glaciers! Bye bye low lying coastal areas (incl Adelaide, SA east of the Adelaide Hills etc. Global population will crash. Rather, global populations of all critters will crash, as will populations of plants!

The money scammers and conmen made selling “the” GSM likely will not do them much good in the new world.

Booby must think himself a real numbskull now! Posting boring little YouTubes of pet animals is probably about what he can do. Talk about the environment in any meaningful way is beyond him as is modding an MRB.

We will likely stuff this up too

Small glaciers like Pizol in the east near Liechtenstein, Vadret dal Corvatsch near St Moritz in the south-east, and Schwarzbachfirn in central Switzerland have “practically disappeared," the team said.

The country faced what might be considered a “perfect storm” this year that led to the big melt.

Snow cover in the Swiss Alps was exceptionally light this year — particularly in the southeast — meaning that the glaciers had less natural protection from the heat.

Plus, a dust drift from the Sahara that blanketed many parts of Europe in the spring contaminated the snow, causing it to absorb more solar heat.

Then, a spike in summer heat swept across Europe — intensifying the pressure.

Switzerland is not alone: The Bavarian Academy of Sciences in Germany said the ice sheet on the Southern Schneeferner in the Alps had melted so much this summer that it could no longer be considered a glacier — leaving Germany now with only four glaciers.

The findings come on top of another study released last month showing that Switzerland’s 1,400 glaciers have lost more than half their total volume since the early 1930s."

I was about to copy this post to Environment when I saw the so-called Mod of that so-called Environment board had posted yet another off topic “cute” animal videos.

Be easier to just call Environment “Sickeningly sweet” and let ennvironmental matters and ecology be discussed here. That is the actual position now.

Obviously, the high school dropout “modding” Environment now has nothing to actually bring to the position as Mod.
