I have done the cold/hot/cold etc ....... treatment on bruises. It works VERY well. People do not do it as it is 'too much problem' .....
It is MUCH better than having a bruise/sprain for days.
For this sciatica, I though the sciatic nerve was inflamed, this caused muscles to tense up all around the nerve.
It was bad last night and this morning. I forgot about the ice during the night.
This is what it is like when I am unwell, my thinking goes astray.
Used the ice today, stretching, more ice, nurofen, stretching, ice. It's a lot better.
This morning was pretty bad.
